Almost 20 years of listening to problems - at times actively seeking them - and identifying pragmatic solutions that helps teams move forward in the moment while navigating towards an optimal north star. In practical terms, this has been a journey from customer relationship management to digital experience design, development and media activation. The pinnacle has been the leadership of programmes to achieve integrated content production maturity within optimal operating models for global organisations.
