Over the last few years, I've gradually dialled up my advisory muscles. Through the discovery and onboarding of new clients to consulting alongside delivery teams & sales teams, I enjoy mulling over the problems our industry faces and seeking pragmatic solutions. This, therefore, is what my new role is all about. With experience working with top technology brands, growing pharma groups and the industry's most coveted beverages brand, I bring pragmatic thinking to the table. More importantly, my empathetic listening skills enable me to hear the full spectrum of people's views.

This gives me the opportunity to dig deep and find solutions to systemic issues... not just the symptoms we perceive on the surface.

Almost 20 years of listening to problems - at times actively seeking them - and identifying pragmatic solutions that helps teams move forward in the moment while navigating towards an optimal north star. That's what it has felt like in hindsight. In practical terms, this has been a journey from customer relationship management to digital experience design, development and media activation and settling at a point of integrated maturity through omnichannel content experience production within optimal operating models for global organisations.
